Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

Free tracked standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.
$6.95 tracked standard shipping on orders under $100.

The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 8 to 13 business days. Your estimated delivery window is shown at checkout and confirmed by email when your order ships, together with a tracking link. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak season or because of customs or carrier delays.

Seasonal ordering

Advent calendars: order by 10 November so door 1 is ready on 1 December.
Christmas gifts: order by 4 December.

Multiple parcels

Our products ship from different fulfilment partners, so an order may arrive in more than one parcel. Tree skirts, for example, ship from a separate warehouse. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away through our contact form; we can correct it before the order ships.
